OCEE PARK ATHLETIC ASSOCIATION CONSTITUTION/BY-LAWS
GENERAL MEMBERSHIP APPROVAL RECEIVED ON JANUARY 13th, 2007
At its Saturday, January 6th, 2007 Board of Directors meeting, the Board approved
a new Constitution and By-laws for Ocee Park Athletic Association, Inc. With Board approval,
the new Constitution and Bylaws was submitted to the General Membership of OPAA for
approval at a Special Membership Meeting on Saturday, January 13th, 2007. At the meeting, the
membership present unanimously approved the new constitution and by-laws for OPAA. The current

OPAA BOARD OF DIRECTORS ADOPTS CONFLICT OF INTEREST POLICY
The OPAA Board of Directors has approved and adopted a formal Conflict of
Interest Policy that governs actions of the Board as it relates to financial or contractual
matters that involve Directors or Officers of OPAA. The Conflict of Interest Policy can be
